If you know me, you know the dentist is NOT my happy place. I walked in for FOUR extractions basically shaking. Immediately, Elaine, Dr. Daniel Krost's assistant, was so kind. She didn't rush me, she answered every single nervous question I had, even the ones I asked twice. She made me feel like I wasn't being dramatic for being scared. Then Dr. Daniel Krost comes in. Instead of just diving in, he takes a second to make me laugh. Like actual laugh, right before oral surgery. He checked on me through every single step, made sure I was okay the whole time, and somehow made the whole thing so fast. Turns out my teeth had these insanely long curved roots, like little hooks. I'm still shocked those were living in my mouth and honestly it makes sense why I was in so much pain. The best part? That pain I've been carrying around was gone in less than 20 minutes after. I cannot say enough good things. Best doctor, best staff, and honestly the best place to get this done if you have to get it done. If I ever need more teeth out, which I really, really hope I never do, I'm going right back here. I'm not looking anywhere else. If you've been putting off your appointment, take this as your sign. I called the Jackson office and the lady who helped me found a closer office which was very sweet of her. Hazlet location took my mother in on an emergency visit right away and completed an extraction by Dr. Nathan Ostler with help from his assistant (not sure of her name). He was super calm, listened to my VERY nervous mom, and the extraction was completed within less than 10 minutes!! I’m so happy he was able to help her as she was in so much pain. 10/10 experience, the front desk & assistants were wonderful as well!! 🙏❤️
