Our Services
At the Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we offer a full range of surgical and implant services across six locations in New Jersey. Whatever brings you in, you’ll find a team that takes time to understand your situation and build a plan around you.
Schedule ConsultationDental Implants
Our implant services cover everything from single tooth replacement to complex full arch cases, including options for patients who have been told they don’t qualify for traditional implants.
Dental Implants
The hallmark solution for missing teeth, dental implants are anchored directly into the jawbone for stability and a natural look and feel. Our surgeons have placed thousands of implants across a wide range of cases.
Full Arch Restoration
For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, full arch restoration replaces an entire row with a fixed, permanent set supported by dental implants. A life-changing alternative to removable dentures.
Zygomatic Implants
Designed for patients with severe upper jawbone loss, zygomatic implants anchor into the cheekbone rather than the jaw. This specialized approach makes full arch treatment possible when conventional implants are not.
Bone Grafting
When the jaw lacks the volume or density needed to support an implant, bone grafting rebuilds that foundation. Our surgeons offer sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, ridge preservation, and more.
Sinus Lift
A preparatory procedure for patients with bone loss in the upper jaw. The sinus membrane is carefully elevated, and bone graft material is placed beneath it, creating the height needed for successful implant placement.
Oral Surgery Services
From wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery, our team handles the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care with precision and personalized attention.

Wisdom Teeth Removal
One of the most common procedures in oral surgery, wisdom tooth removal is performed by our experienced surgeons with sedation options available to help you stay comfortable throughout.
Impacted Canines
When a canine tooth can’t erupt on its own, surgical exposure guides it into position in coordination with your orthodontist. Early evaluation gives the tooth the best chance of growing in naturally.
Tooth Extractions
From routine removals to complex surgical extractions, our team handles the full range with care and clarity. We’ll also help you understand your options for replacing the tooth when the time is right.
Jaw Surgery
Corrective jaw surgery repositions the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both to improve how your teeth function together and address issues like bite misalignment, TMJ disorders, and obstructive sleep apnea.
Facial Trauma
Facial injuries require prompt, skilled care. Our surgeons are trained in the full scope of facial trauma treatment, from fractures and lacerations to dental trauma and reconstructive surgery.
Oral Pathology
Unusual sores, lumps, or tissue changes in the mouth deserve a professional evaluation. Our team identifies and diagnoses abnormalities early, when they are most treatable.
Sedation Options
Feeling a little nervous before surgery is common. We offer a range of sedation methods, including nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV sedation, and general anesthesia, so you can move forward with your care comfortably and confidently.
Care That’s Designed Around You
Every patient who comes through our doors arrives with a unique story, different needs, and personal goals. Our team takes the time to listen before recommending any treatment, and we believe in giving you the information you need to make decisions you feel good about. Whether you’re here for something routine or something more complex, you’ll receive the same high level of attention and care.
Common Questions About Our Services
That’s what the initial consultation is for. During this first appointment, one of our surgeons will review your health history, take any necessary imaging, and talk through what you’re experiencing before making any recommendations. The goal is to make sure you understand your options and feel confident in whatever direction you choose.
Not always. Many patients come to us directly, while others are referred by their general dentist or orthodontist. Either way, you’re welcome to reach out and schedule a consultation. If your care involves coordination with another provider, our team will communicate with them directly.
Yes. We offer several levels of sedation, from nitrous oxide for mild anxiety to IV sedation and general anesthesia for more involved procedures. Your surgeon will discuss what is appropriate for your specific treatment and comfort level during your consultation.
