If you know me, you know the dentist is NOT my happy place. I walked in for FOUR extractions basically shaking. Immediately, Elaine, Dr. Daniel Krost's assistant, was so kind. She didn't rush me, she answered every single nervous question I had, even the ones I asked twice. She made me feel like I wasn't being dramatic for being scared. Then Dr. Daniel Krost comes in. Instead of just diving in, he takes a second to make me laugh. Like actual laugh, right before oral surgery. He checked on me through every single step, made sure I was okay the whole time, and somehow made the whole thing so fast. Turns out my teeth had these insanely long curved roots, like little hooks. I'm still shocked those were living in my mouth and honestly it makes sense why I was in so much pain. The best part? That pain I've been carrying around was gone in less than 20 minutes after. I cannot say enough good things. Best doctor, best staff, and honestly the best place to get this done if you have to get it done. If I ever need more teeth out, which I really, really hope I never do, I'm going right back here. I'm not looking anywhere else. If you've been putting off your appointment, take this as your sign. Dr. Henein and staff are excellent!! They are experienced and know what they're doing. The entire team from Reception to the nurses are experienced and it shows.

Had an amazing experience here! Staff is friendly and I have very little swelling and basically no pain a little over 24 hours after getting all four wisdom teeth out!

Dr Krost is a master doctor. Very smooth and comfortable manner and takes away all fear. His nurse Carla was wonderful too.

I called the Jackson office and the lady who helped me found a closer office which was very sweet of her. Hazlet location took my mother in on an emergency visit right away and completed an extraction by Dr. Nathan Ostler with help from his assistant (not sure of her name). He was super calm, listened to my VERY nervous mom, and the extraction was completed within less than 10 minutes!! I’m so happy he was able to help her as she was in so much pain. 10/10 experience, the front desk & assistants were wonderful as well!! 🙏❤️

I recently visited this Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office in Jackson for implant treatment with Dr. Steinle, and I had an excellent experience. From the beginning, I felt that I was in very professional and capable hands. The procedure was handled with great care and attention, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, I am very happy with the work that was done and with the outcome so far. Dr Steinle said I would not know or feel anything during implant procedure and he was 100 percent right. Minimal pain after if any as a matter of fact. Great oral surgeon!!! Will highly recommend. I am so happy with first one that I just had my second one done with him.

I was not looking forward to this visit, the reception was OK, nothing outstanding or bad. But when I got into the chair the assistant Emily, was a godsend. I was a wreck, I could feel even the surgeon was like omg get over it, but Emily saved me from a full blown panic attack. SHE IS TRULY COMPASSIONATE And Caring. She told me she loves her job and it shows!! Thank you Emily from the bottom of my heart, you seriously helped me get thru what I felt was very traumatic for me.

Good care and an attentive staff.

Super clean and super friendly staff. Best experience I have ever had. Doctor was very informative throughout the whole thing and was gentle and careful while extracting. Would recommend this office to anyone even if you are not friendly with the oral surgeon or dentist. Amazing experience and will definitely return for future visits. I am super glad with the experience I had will never go anywhere else!
