Ocean Office:
Please make an appointment for all office visits.
Our staff will make every effort to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible with the doctor of your choice and in the practice location most convenient to you. Our offices are centrally located in Freehold, Hazlet, Jackson, and Ocean Township. Please call the office where you wish to be treated.
When you call for your appointment, please be prepared to provide information about your insurance coverage, so the required paperwork can be expedited.
New patients are urged to allow additional time prior to the scheduled appointment to complete our patient information form. We ask our patients to be on time for the appointment and to let us know if they will be delayed.
We make every effort to remind patients by telephone prior to the appointment, but if we do not reach you and you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can arrange for another patient to use the time reserved for you. After your office visit, your referring doctor will receive a complete report of the care you received in our practice.

About Telephone Procedures
Your telephone calls to our practice will be answered by our trained and helpful staff members during regular office hours. During this time, the doctors are usually very busy treating our patients, but our clinical staff members are able to competently answer most of your questions. Messages for the doctor will be returned as quickly as possible.
