Dr. Daniel Krost, originally from Oakhurst, NJ, completed his undergraduate studies at New York University, earning a BS in Communications. After graduation, he completed a year-long fine art photography program at the International Center of Photography with a focus on portraiture. Dr. Krost was accepted to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2018 and graduated at the top of his class with the distinction of magna cum laude.


Following dental school, Dr. Krost completed a non-categorical internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.  He then proceeded with his four-year residency at The Ohio State University. Dr. Krost’s surgical training focused heavily on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, management of facial trauma, TMJ disorders, benign cysts and tumors of the jaw, along with the delivery of safe, office-based general anesthesia. In his final year of training, he served as chief resident of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology.


Outside of the office, Dr. Krost enjoys spending his time in the theatre, traveling, relaxing on the beach and being with his family, partner, Maikol, and their dog, Asher. He couldn’t be more thrilled to be practicing with his father, Dr. Brian Krost and uncle, Dr. Jeffery Elbaum. 


Dr. Krost is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and advanced trauma life support.
