Meet Brian Krost, DMD
Dr. Brian S. Krost is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a founding presence at the Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. With decades of experience serving patients across New Jersey, he has built a practice defined by surgical excellence, genuine compassion, and a deep commitment to the community he calls home.
Education and Training
Dr. Brian Krost is a graduate of Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey, followed by a four-year Residency Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau County Medical Center in Long Island.
Affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center, Dr. Krost practices a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery with particular interest in the management of facial pain and TMD treatment, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, laser surgery, and dental implants.

Dr. Brian Krost is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the New Jersey Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Monmouth-Ocean Dental Society.
Beyond the Office
Dr. Brian Krost is married to Gayle Elbaum Krost, an endodontist practicing in Ocean Township, Freehold, and Middletown. Together they have four children — Daniel, Jacqueline, Sammy, and Sarah — and reside in the shore area. He is proud to practice alongside his son, Dr. Daniel Krost, who joined the practice in July 2023, continuing a family legacy of exceptional oral surgical care in New Jersey.
